Since the company's inception in 1984, HVAC
Precision Services inc. has focused on providing precise and timely service,
fueled by technical expertise. This combination has given us the ability
to grow into a financially stable company which insures a future for both our
customers and employees.
HVAC Precision Services, Inc. is a commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing
contractor that has been serving the Washington DC Metropolitan area,
including Maryland and Northern Virginia for the past 18 years. We
currently employ 40 people, many of whom have been here for over 10 years.
Our owners, Joe Johnson, Bruce Hadley and
Tom Niemann are committed to the customers and the employees. This
relationship and commitment has led to long term relationships.
HVAC Precision Services, Inc. is a member of
the National Capital Chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).
This affiliation allows us to provide our apprentices with a 4 year program
which will allow the to earn their journeyman's license. HVAC Precision sponsors
the employee by paying for the school they attend.
